Subject Specific Mentor Training Events

The training is being provided free of charge to support organisations which have identified a need for subject specific mentors - to support trainee teachers on the new ITT provision. The new dates are: Tuesday 24 June 08 (Stage 1) and Wednesday 2 July 2008 (Stage 2).
The training will provide practical guidance and support (with activities and sample paperwork) for subject specific mentors; starting with their role and responsibilities, the first meeting, through to observing mentees teaching/training practice.
Places are limited so if you wish to register, please complete the application form on page 2 of this flyer and return it to Marion Wilford – Administrator to EECETT by email at: marion@acer.ac.uk or by fax: 01480 468601. Please note that to be eligible you would be expected to attend both dates.
